Appearance
Yven supports light mode, dark mode, and an auto setting that follows your device’s system preference. Set your preference under Settings → Profile → Appearance.
The three options
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Auto (default) | Matches your operating system’s current light or dark mode. Switches automatically if you change your system setting. |
| Light | Always uses the warm paper light theme, regardless of your system setting. |
| Dark | Always uses the dark theme, regardless of your system setting. |
Quick toggle
The sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of every page lets you switch between light and dark without opening Settings. Using it overrides the auto setting – if you were on Auto and press the icon, Yven locks to whichever mode you switched to. Go back to Settings → Profile → Appearance → Auto to follow the system again.
